In anyone's language, freedom is just that - not being bound by any restraints. Some may see it as not having many bills come in or having plenty of money in your account, but working yourself to the bone to get it.

That's not Freedom - that is a death wish.

What happens if you become horribly ill and have to be hospitalized for six months or more? Or if your partner became ill? Your whole financial world would be turned upside down.

Robert Kiyosaki explains that those kinds of folks are still in the rat race; their life seems great while all is running along smoothly. They work hard, get a pay rise or climb the company ladder, work long hours - because that's what is expected and it sounds great to their friends that they have a position of authority.

But the money in your account will dry up very quickly if you aren't able to work. So my definition of Freedom is "not having to work if you don't want to" or another way would be to have all your bills covered every month and have money left over to spend as you wish.
